Who We Are
Firstly, thank you so much for coming to visit our website. As a small business, it's truly appreciated.
My name is Stacey and I'm the face behind Paws At Home. I have a real passion for animals of all shapes and sizes. Growing up, I can barely remember not having a dog at home and most of my favourite memories centre around experiences with my childhood dog, Prince.
Our Family
I live with my fiancé, Nathan, in our perfect little second floor flat in Smithstone, Cumbernauld.
We both love animals unconditionally. Growing up, Nathan always had cats in his home but has since grown to love dogs, hamsters, rabbits - and everything in between!
Our Location
We feel incredibly lucky to live in a beautiful area surrounded by nature, with some truly fantastic walks only a few short minutes away.
Our home is incredibly accessible, regardless of how you're travelling. We're only a short walk away from Croy Train Station if you're coming to see us via public transport, and we're a short distance away from the motorway, too.
Our Garden
We have access to a lovely communal garden which has plenty of space for playing fetch and having lots of fun!
Although our outdoor space is communal, our neighbours rarely use the garden space which means that we usually have free run of a beautiful big wide open space.
Our Home
Inside our home, we have two lovely clean, spacious and tidy bedrooms in addition to a living area, kitchen, bathroom, and en-suite.
Your pet is always welcome to sleep wherever they would usually in their own home when they're boarding with us - whether that's in the main bed with us or in the guest room with a double bed all to themselves!
Restrictions
There are absolutely no restrictions on where your pet can and cannot go in our home.
We appreciate how unsettling it can be for your pet to be away from their family. When your pet is staying with us, we want them to feel like our home is their own little holiday home while their parents are off to work or away on holiday.
That means ... paws on the sofa!
Our Values
In all honesty, our small business was created out of a real love and passion for animals. During their stay, we really want to make sure that your pet is relaxed and comfortable so they can have the best stay possible.
You can be rest assured that your pet will be extremely well cared for and pampered throughout their stay, with all the cuddles, walks, and treats that they can handle!
We care for your pets in the same way that you would and we make sure that they have all the creature comforts they would do in their own home.
Our Service
We want to make sure that you don't have to worry about your pet while you're away, so we ensure that every client is sent regular photo or video updates so that you can see what your pet is getting up to with your own eyes.
At the end of every stay, all clients are provided with a care report card which covers things that you would normally observe when you're with your pet, but may not think to ask about - for example, your pet's energy levels or bathroom habits.
This makes it easy to see how your pet has been doing throughout their stay. All of our services here at Paws At Home are designed to give you complete peace of mind - whether you're working hard or soaking up some sun!
