Boarding
Boarding begins from the agreed upon drop off time. Each day of boarding lasts for 24 hours. Additional hour charges apply where the pick up time exceeds the 24 hour period.
Cancellation charges apply where notification occurs 72 hours or less before a stay lasting less than 1 week or where notification occurs 5 days or less before a stay lasting over
1 week.
Pet Pop-In
Our pop-in service is exclusively available to clients who reside in Smithstone, Cumbernauld.
Users of this service can choose the length of the pop-in and the amount of days this is required for. This service is available to all pets - including, but not limited to, dogs, cats, and small animals.

Daycare - Full Day
Our full day service for daycare covers 8 hours per day. Daycare can take place at any time between 6am and 8pm.
Drop off for our full day service can take place at any point between 6am and 12pm. All pets must be collected by no later than 8pm.
Cancellation charges apply where notification occurs 48 hours or less beforehand.
Daycare - Half Day
Our half day service for daycare covers 4 hours per day. Daycare can take place at any time between 6am and 8pm.
Drop off for our half day service can take place at any point between 6am and 4pm. All pets must be collected by no later than 8pm.
Cancellation charges apply where notification occurs 24 hours or less beforehand.
Bookings
All bookings can be made by phone, email, text, direct message, or through our website.
A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the selected service is required to secure your requested dates.
A booking is only secured once confirmed directly by Paws At Home.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be communicated in advance of the booked date.
The length of notification for cancellations are dependent on the service booked. For further information on this, please consult the relevant service.
Where the cancellation policy is not adhered to, any deposit paid will be non-refundable.
